The carpet estimate is for hot water extraction, sometimes called steam cleaning. It is based on the selected floor-area band and is indicative until the carpet and access are confirmed.
Will every carpet stain come out?
Results depend on the carpet fibre, stain type and how long the mark has been there. Send photos of problem areas so we can discuss a suitable approach before work.
Can you arrange carpet replacement as well?
Yes. If cleaning is not suitable, we can discuss carpet installation or replacement as a separately scoped service.
